IMPORTANT - MUST READ

Please complete the form below to register your child for the football sessions at Westway Sports Centre for 8-12 year olds between 5:15pm-6pm.

The sessions will take place every Thursday between 5:15pm-6pm (sessions are term-time only).

The sessions will take place at Westway Sports Centre, 1 Crowthorne Road , London, W10 6RP. 

You MUST register to attend the session and will be notified by a member of staff via email/text if you have a space in the session.

Spaces are LIMITED and allocated on a first come first serve basis. Preference will be given to RBKC residents.

The sessions are delivered by a fully FA qualified coach and experienced youth workers.

PLEASE NOTE due to anticipated high demand for the activity, if you are unable to attend any sessions for a genuine reason, you MUST notify the facilitators otherwise you may be at risk of losing your space on the sessions. If you miss 2 sessions in a row without notifying us your space will be given to somebody else.
